A sexual dysfunction information survey for prostate cancer patients treated with external-beam radiotherapy.
Please read the attached information sheet to determine if you are eligible for the study and for more detailed information about the study.
My name is Samuel Greenwood-Wilson, and I am inviting you to participate in a survey about sexual care information given before, during, and after external beam radiotherapy. This study aims to anonymously capture personal experiences of how of sexual care information was delivered before, during, and after external beam radiotherapy. The data gathered from the survey will be used to inform current and future radiotherapy practice. The results of this survey will be published in a MSc dissertation thesis and an open access academic journal article.
If you are eligible and are willing to participate, you are asked to complete a 10-minute online questionnaire via the link below. Your participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous and your consent to participate is included in the survey.

Please note that this study has been approved by the University of Liverpool Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number 8495).
